Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Affiliate: "Affiliate" or "you" shall mean the natural or legal person who wishes to participate in the Program under these Affiliate T&Cs.

Affiliate Link: A unique hyperlink assigned to you, which you'll use to invite users to purchase products on the Driffle Platform.

Affiliate Panel: Your dedicated account section where you can view relevant information about your participation in the Program.

Affiliate Services: Activities related to promoting the Driffle Platform, referring users, and engaging in promotional activities.

Affiliate T&Cs: These Affiliate Terms and Conditions.

Driffle: The company offering the affiliate program.

Program: The Driffle Affiliate Program.

Products: Digital and physical products offered on Driffle.

User: Individuals who use Driffle, whether registered or not.

Website: The Driffle website, www.driffle.com.

2. Requirements

2.1. In order to be eligible for joining the Driffle Affiliate Program, you should have:

2.1.1. An active account or presence on a social media or streaming network (e.g., Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter).

2.1.2. A functioning website.

2.2. Meeting these requirements doesn't guarantee acceptance into the Program. Driffle will evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to reject any applicant.

2.3. Driffle may update the requirements at any time without prior notice to potential affiliates.

3. Registration

3.1. To apply for the Program:

3.1.1. Create a user account on Driffle or log in if you already have one.

3.1.2 To enrol as an Affiliate, you need to complete our Affiliate application form and furnish details pertinent to your role as an Affiliate. This includes, but is not confined to, your full name, chosen Affiliate alias, details about your promotional platforms (like social media profiles, gaming sites, etc.), the audience you aim to reach, your past affiliations, and any other data specified in the application form.

3.2. Upon review, we'll either accept your application and send you a welcome email with further instructions or inform you of rejection.

3.3. Before participating in the Program, successful applicants must:

3.3.1. Provide invoice details.

4. Affiliate Duties

4.1. As an affiliate, you agree to:

4.1.1. Follow Driffle's instructions and guidelines regarding marketing and promotional materials.

4.1.2. Ensure that your advertising activities comply with all applicable laws and do not harm Driffle's reputation or goodwill.

4.2. Driffle may update marketing instructions and guidelines at any time, either through these Terms and Conditions or via email.

5. Commission and Payments

5.1. Your earnings as an affiliate will be a commission based on a percentage of the total purchase price of products bought by users through your affiliate link.

5.1.1. You'll receive a commission for purchases made within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link.

5.1.2. Earnings for purchases on the platform or withdrawals to a bank account are subject to withdrawal fees.

6. Invoicing

6.1. You're solely responsible for any legal or tax obligations related to payments received from Driffle, including VAT and income tax.

7. Liability

7.1. You're liable for any damages or losses incurred by Driffle due to your actions or inaction in connection with the Program.

7.1.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Driffle harmless from any liabilities, claims, or expenses resulting from breaches of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

7.2. Driffle isn't liable for any losses or expenses you incur as a result of participating in the Program.
